Public Forums Guidelines

Agent Disco is a public WebLog (or, "Blog") and offers users the ability to post. Please note that information that is disclosed in these arenas becomes public. Use caution in disclosing any personal information.

Security

Although no security measure is 100% effective, Agent Disco features security measures to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information placed under our control. These security measures include Internet standards such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for secure order transactions and unique account passwords to prevent unauthorized access of personal information.

Children's Guidelines

We do not knowingly collect or use any online personal information from children under age 13. If you believe that Agent Disco, Inc. has obtained any information from a child under 13, please report this to us and Agent Disco, Inc. will destroy any such information. People under 13 are not allowed to participate.

Opt Out/Opt In

Agent Disco allows users to opt out of receiving future e-mail from us. If you opt-out, we will discontinue sending you e-mails. (Note: This effectively removes the user from all game play featured on the site.) To opt out of our mailing list you must fill out a request here.

Correct/Update Personal Information

Agent Disco allows you to change or modify your personal information from the profile page. If you wish to change your account name ("codename"), you must request account deletion here and then re-register for a new account.

Changes to Privacy Policy

Agent Disco, Inc. may change the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy at any time, and such changes will be posted on the Web Site and are effective as of the time of such posting.
